B-Plus Exteriors Ltd. Provides a Two Year Warranty on Workmanship.

If you notice a deficiency in the workmanship, you need only to report to our service department (780-490-0687), the problem is usually rectified within two weeks.

Service beyond the warranty period is available with cost dependant on work to be completed.  We provide service to the general public.  However, houses that we have sided has priority in our service department.

We honor the manufacturer warranty,  (if you notice an irregularity in the product, call the office, an estimator will be onsite within the week to investigate the issue with you.  If there is an issue we will contact the manufacturer and visit the site with their agent to view the problem.  From this point forward we will deal with the manufacturer - keeping you informed throughout the process).  Once the manufacturer has completed their process, and it is determined to be a defective process, we will remove and replace the product at no cost to you.

Insurance

Alberta's Worker's Compensation: We supply coverage for all our installers.  You have the security of knowing in the event of an accident on your property-you cannot be sued by the installer. However, before commencing work on your property the installer is required to complete a hazard assessment, and notify you of any potential hazard.

Liability Insurance:  We cover all properties we perform work on, for the duration of the contract. in the event of a loss due to installer error, our insurance plan is liable.
